Shela Holley is a seasoned financial services executive with more than 25 years of experience spanning consumer lending, manufactured housing finance, and multistate business development. She is widely recognized for her client-first approach and steadfast commitment to finding solutions-ensuring every client receives the guidance and support they need, even if that means connecting them with alternative lending resources.
Shela began her career at Southwest Savings, where she became one of the first women to serve as Assistant Vice President in Consumer Loans. She later joined Chase Manhattan Bank as Credit Manager, overseeing credit operations across nine Western states and managing diverse portfolios that included recreational vehicles, marine, and manufactured housing lending. Her career subsequently expanded into strategic business development roles with Origen Financial and later Triad Financial Services. As Regional Manager, she led operations across California, Arizona, New Mexico, and Nevada, consistently exceeding sales targets and earning national recognition as the company's top sales leader for several consecutive years. Shela is known throughout the industry for her ability to build lasting partnerships and cultivate strong relationships with clients, retailers, and industry stakeholders.
In addition to her professional achievements, Shela has contributed to industry leadership through service on the Board of Directors for MFH in California and New Mexico, and she currently serves on the board of CMHI in California. Outside of her professional commitments, she enjoys spending time outdoors, reading and spending time with family and dear friends.
Christie Warken brings 28 years of professional experience and a deep commitment to guiding clients confidently through the loan process.
With extensive, hands-on expertise in the manufactured home industry, she understands every step from start to finish, helping ensure transactions move forward smoothly and without unnecessary delays. Christie believes every client deserves to feel heard, supported, and informed, and she approaches each interaction with patience, clarity, and care.
Outside of work, she enjoys time on the pickleball court and tending to her houseplants, keeping both her backhand and her greenery thriving.
Michael Holley began his career in the mortgage industry with First Pacific Mortgage, where he launched and managed branch offices in Sacramento, CA; Mission Viejo, CA; and Scottsdale, AZ. After gaining operational and client-facing experience in lending, he transitioned to the real estate appraisal sector with Intelappraise, broadening his expertise in property valuation and regulatory compliance. Later moving into technology, bringing his User Interface and Development experience to roles at CNET, GetJar, and One Kings Lane. For the past decade-plus he has been with Ivanti (formerly MobileIron), focusing on enterprise IT solutions across IT security, IT service management, IT asset management, unified endpoint management, identity management, patch management, and supply chain management. Throughout his career he has combined frontline operations, cross-functional program leadership, and technical product knowledge to drive secure, scalable IT and business processes.
